Requirements

Time Frame
1. Filing receipt: 1 week;
2. Time frame: 6 months;
3. Grace period: 6 months, restoration is not allowed after expiration.;
4. Renewal can be processed 2 months in advance;
5. Validity: 10 years from the date of application, renewed every 10 years after expiration;
6. For all national trademarks filed before 1 August 2025, they had an initial term of 7 years from the application filing date, then every 14 years thereafter. These registrations will continue under their current term until the next renewal due date.
