The Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IP Vietnam) is an agency under the Ministry of Science and Technology, which advises and assists the Minister of Science and Technology in managing and providing services in the field of intellectual property. It is responsible for the registration and protection of intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, and copyrights. It also coordinates with other agencies to implement intellectual property laws and regulations, and promotes international cooperation in intellectual property matters.
