The Patent Office of the Republic of Poland was established on December 28, 1918. On 10 November 1919, Poland acceded to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, joining international cooperation in this field. The Patent Office of the Republic of Poland carries out its basic tasks in the scope of: providing legal protection forindustrial propertyobjects , collecting and making available patent documentation and literature, co-creation and popularization of the principles ofindustrial propertyprotection.
