The mission of the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM), as unique authority on the Romanian territory in the field of ensuring the industrial property protection, is to support innovation, competitiveness and profitability as economic growth factors. OSIM provides high quality specialized services while granting industrial property titles, promoting industrial property by all available means and ensures Romania’s international cooperation in accordance with the treaties, conventions and agreements in its field of activity to which Romania is a party.
