The National Center for Patents and Information (NCPI) is the primary patenting organization in Tajikistan. It is responsible for the protection of state interests with respect to inventions, industrial designs, trademarks, service marks, and geographical indications of goods. The center also provides services related to the registration and protection of intellectual property rights, including access to patent and scientific databases, analytics, and advice on IP management.
