The Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO) is the competent administration for intellectual property matters in Ukraine, operating as a state organization under the National Intellectual Property Authority. It is responsible for examining, granting, and managing industrial property rights such as patents, trademarks, and designs. The office also handles copyright registration and the state registration of contracts on the transfer of copyright and related rights. UANIPIO aims to become a modern, professional, technological, and transparent full-cycle hub for creators, based on the principle of a "single-window" service. It works to support the idea and obtaining of relevant patents and certificates, provide consulting on patent granting procedures and protection, search for investors, and ways to commercialize intellectual property.
